1. About this Policy
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how TRUE SOFT SOLUTIONS - FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “TronRental”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://tronrental.com, use our application programming interfaces (“API”), our Telegram bots, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). It complements our Terms of Service.
1.2. We act as the controller of the personal data described in this Policy. For any question or request about your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1. Account and sign-in data. Your email address; the identifier and, where provided, the username received from the sign-in method you choose (Google, Apple, GitHub, Yandex, Telegram, a crypto wallet, or TronLink); your password in hashed form, if you set one; two-factor authentication settings and passkey credentials; your language; your referral code and, if you tell us, how you heard about us.
2.2. Blockchain and order data. TRON addresses you enter, link or label; orders, rentals, subscriptions and packages; deposits, withdrawals and your Account Balance; transaction hashes; API keys and their settings; members you invite to your account.
2.3. Technical data. IP address, browser user agent and device name for your active sign-in sessions; IP address recorded with certain requests (for example invoices, API requests, free-energy claims, blog reactions and comments); technical server logs.
2.4. Communications. Messages you send to our support chat, our AI assistant and our Telegram bots; comments, feedback and survey answers; the email address you give us to receive a newsletter or a savings report.
2.5. Usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.
2.6. We do not ask for identity documents and do not process bank card details. Please do not send us such documents unless we request them for a specific legal reason.
3. How We Use Personal Data
- Providing the Service — creating and securing your account, executing orders and delegations, crediting deposits, processing withdrawals, sending sign-in codes and the notifications you configure. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Security and abuse prevention — protecting accounts, rate limiting, detecting fraud and misuse, enforcing our Terms and applicable sanctions. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- Support — answering your requests in the chat, by email or on Telegram. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interests.
- AI assistant — generating answers to the questions you ask it. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interests.
- Analytics and advertising protection — understanding how the Service is used and protecting our advertising from bot clicks. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interests (you can opt out at any time).
- Newsletter — sending you news and offers you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing.
- Legal compliance — keeping records and responding to lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Who Receives Personal Data
4.1. We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with the following categories of recipients:
- hosting, network and security providers (including Cloudflare);
- the sign-in provider you choose (Google, Apple, GitHub, Yandex, Telegram or our wallet sign-in provider Privy);
- email delivery, error monitoring and AI model providers acting on our instructions;
- analytics and advertising-protection providers (Yandex, Google, BotFaqtor), subject to Section 5;
- our support chat provider (Crisp);
- cryptocurrency payment processors, when you choose to pay through them;
- suppliers of TRON network resources, who receive only the recipient TRON address and the amount and duration of resources needed to fulfil your order;
- competent authorities, courts and professional advisers, where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4.2. We do not sell personal data.
4.3. Public blockchain. Delegations, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions on the TRON network are public and permanent by design. We cannot change or delete data recorded on the blockchain.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
5.1. We use cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies (together, “cookies”) in the following categories:

Detects automated (bot) clicks on our advertising.

5.2. How we ask. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Russia, or if we cannot determine your location, analytics and advertising-protection cookies are not loaded until you select “Accept all” or enable them in the cookie settings. In other locations they are enabled by default and you can opt out at any time. We determine only your country, from your IP address, at the moment you visit; we do not store it.
5.3. Changing your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for 6 months and then ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and advertising-protection cookies.
5.4. Google and Yandex process the data they collect under their own privacy policies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies are required for signing in.
6. International Transfers
6.1. Our servers are located in the Netherlands. Some of the providers listed in Section 4 process data in other countries, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates and, for Yandex Metrica, Russia. Such transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the respective provider where available (such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) and, for analytics, on your consent where the law requires it.
7. Retention
7.1. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- account, order and balance records — for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering rules or to resolve disputes;
- sign-in sessions — until they expire or you sign out;
- technical and monitoring logs — typically up to 30 days;
- newsletter email addresses — until you unsubscribe;
- analytics data — according to the retention settings of the respective analytics provider.
8. Your Rights
8.1. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8.2. To exercise these rights, including to request the deletion of your account, email us at [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within 30 days. Data recorded on the blockchain and records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted.
8.3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
9. Security
9.1. We protect personal data with encrypted connections, access controls, two-factor authentication and passkeys for accounts, and by limiting staff access to what is needed for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your credentials and API keys and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
10. Children
10.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
11.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Service with a revised “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice.
