TRON Energy and Bandwidth Auto Refill
Set a threshold — when the address has less energy or bandwidth than that, TronRental buys the set amount for you. We check the level within seconds of an outgoing USDT transfer and, on top of that, once a minute.

Energy on the address
How auto refill works
- 01
Set a threshold and an amount
For example, a threshold of 130,000 energy and a refill of 131,000 — a reserve for two USDT transfers.
- 02
We watch the level
We check the address within seconds of an outgoing USDT transfer and once a minute — to catch other spending and expiring rentals.
- 03
We top up automatically
As soon as the level drops below the threshold, we buy the set amount from your balance at the current price. Energy for 1 hour, bandwidth for an hour or a day.
Energy and bandwidth
Energy
Needed for USDT transfers and any smart contract calls. Without it, the network burns TRX.
- Duration
- 1 hour
- Amount
- 32,000 — 5,000,000
Bandwidth
Spent on every transaction. We count all available bandwidth, including the free 600 per day.
- Duration
- 1 hour or 1 day
- Amount
- 350 — 100,000
Auto refill or Smart Mode
Auto refill
Reacts to the resource level and keeps a reserve on the address. Works for any contract calls, not just USDT.
Smart Mode
Reacts to a USDT transfer and covers exactly that transfer. Handy if the address only sends USDT.
You can turn on both for the same address — they don't get in each other's way.
Protection against overspending
We flag a settings mistake
If the refill amount is below the threshold, the purchase would repeat every ~90 seconds. The form shows this before you save.
No blind purchases
If the level on the address couldn't be checked, nothing is bought until the next successful check.
Pause after 5 failures
Five failed attempts in a row — the rule pauses and waits for you.
Out of balance — we stop
The rule stops and resumes by itself once your balance covers the next refill.
Who it's for
Hot wallets
Exchanges, swap services and payment services with continuous USDT payouts.
Bots and contracts
Addresses that spend energy on contract calls, not only on transfers.
Developers
Rules via API: /api/v1/energy/auto-refill and /bandwidth/auto-refill, a webhook for every refill.
Frequently asked questions
How is auto refill different from Smart Mode?
Smart Mode reacts to a USDT transfer and covers that transfer. Auto refill watches the energy or bandwidth level and keeps a reserve on the address — it works for any contract calls. You can turn both on for the same address.
How fast does a refill happen?
After an outgoing USDT transfer, we check the level within seconds. On top of that, every address is checked once a minute — this catches spending other than USDT and expiring rentals.
How much does it cost?
There is no subscription fee. Each refill is paid from your balance at the current rental price. The price of one refill is shown in the form before you create the rule.
Why must the refill amount be at least the threshold?
If the refill is below the threshold, the address is still below the threshold after it, and the rule buys again in ~90 seconds. The form warns you about this before you save.
What happens if my balance runs out?
The rule stops and resumes by itself once your balance covers the next refill. We'll send you a notification.
Can I return purchased energy early?
No. The resource lasts until the end of the paid period — pausing or deleting the rule doesn't revoke it.
Can I set up auto refill via API?
Yes: /api/v1/energy/auto-refill and /api/v1/bandwidth/auto-refill. Each refill arrives as a webhook, like a regular API purchase.
No more watching your energy balance — TronRental Auto Refill tops the address up for you.
